About This Workshop

This advanced, hands-on workshop is designed to develop the competencies of the Organizational Engineering (OE) Facilitator—the individual(s) responsible for guiding the OE deployment and ensuring its ongoing success. Facilitators will learn how to design and implement OE strategies, communicate effectively, oversee transition and maturity plans, and facilitate the development of business process maps, meetings, and KPIs. The program reinforces their ability to coach teams, sustain improvements, and adapt OE principles to the organization’s evolving needs.
