About This Workshop

This one-day executive-level workshop provides a high-level introduction to the principles, standards, and methodologies for developing and optimizing a proactive Preventive Maintenance (PM) program. Participants will learn about the core elements of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA), and Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO)—all underpinned by industry standards SAE JA1011 and JA1012. The focus is on strategic decision-making, ensuring that maintenance investments are maximized, compliance and safety are upheld, and reliability objectives are met. Leaders will understand how to align maintenance strategies with organizational goals, improve asset performance, and drive long-term value.
